OOTD - Handmade blouse

Just an outfit post today, I'm getting snowed under with teaching and projects.
Blouse: Handmade
Skirt: BikBok (Sweden)
Shoes: some shop in Japan
Tights: Tights for Any Occasion in Wine (Modcloth)
Cardigan: Alice and the Pirates
